Under most circumstances, order processing cut-off time is 3 pm PST. If an order is placed after 3 pm PST, processing will begin the next business day.All orders placed on heyboardsup.com are processed within 2 business days. Delivery times within 1 - 5 business days.

About Missing Packages
Please make sure the shipping address is correct when submitting an order. If an address error is found after placing an order, HeyBoard does not guarantee that the address can be corrected. If an order is lost or incorrectly delivered due to an error when the customer submits incorrect shipping information, HeyBoard will not be responsible for the lost goods. If the package is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, the customer must pay any additional charges before HeyBoard reships the order to the correct address.
About Packages Damage
After delivery, please check the package for any obvious signs of damage before signing for it. If you find any damage to the contents, please write down "Rejected due to damage" to reject the shipment and return the shipment to the courier.
